Sources reveal that she died in the process of
giving birth. And according to her partner Francis Tembo, Grace died with
"babies". He confirmed the death of his lover on his Facebook page.
He wrote:
"My babies are gone i love you mama even in
death always in my heart i promise to do what you told me last night
#Ripbuddy"
The sad news has left the families and friends of
the two including social media addicts in shock and distress.
