A heart-wrenching tragedy occurred near Richmond, Virginia, where a 37-year-old African American father, Danny Sumner, and his six-year-old son, Donovan, lost their lives during a father-son fishing trip. The incident happened on March 22 at the Rappahannock River in Spotsylvania County.
