Zambia Army Officer makes history to graduate as Best International student at United States ABOLC

Zambia Army Officer Captain Wilfred Kazhingu has made history by becoming the first Zambian to graduate from the Armour Basic Officers Leader Course (ABOLC) and emerging as top allied student.  The 19-week programme, conducted by the United States Army Armour School at the Maneuver Centre of Excellence (MCOE), aimed to train Armour officers to become versatile and resilient leaders capable of guiding soldiers in diverse military operations as part of the Armour Brigade Combat Team.  Throughout the course, officers were rigorously trained and tested on various Armour and Cavalry Equipment, with Captain Kazhingu's exceptional performance marking a significant achievement for both himself and the Zambian Defence Force.
